Robert + Shauna | Married at Hobb's Grove in Sanger, CA
I can honestly say that this is the most exciting blog post for me to share. I'm seriously having trouble with finding the right words to describe how I'm feeling. Shauna & Rob, I can't thank you enough. You trusted me a year ago when I had no wedding experience. You believed in me when I felt discouraged and your words of encouragement and support have absolutely blessed me. I'm forever grateful. I consider myself lucky to have photographed the most important day of your lives. The wedding was full of beauty, friends, family, and so much love. With all my heart, Thank You!
Shauna's bouquet was not only perfect for her, but there's a special story that goes with it. I asked Shauna if she could share it with me. Here's what she said, "So... with me being very headstrong and always sticking to a plan and schedule, I said Rob couldn't propose to me until I said he could. Rob had said once that there's this window of opportunity and that I not only had it closed, but locked! He was anxious to say the least. So when I was ready, I found an antique key on eBay, tied a little tag to it with my dad's phone number on it, and wrapped it up for him. It was an early Christmas present. The card said that it was the key to the window of opportunity as well as my heart." So, that's the story behind the key, and that original key is on the bouquet!
Rob painted the S and R.
The Reception sign was crafted by Shauna herself. Love it!
The fabulous cards were Shauna's idea and hand written by her.
The table number picture was all Robert and Shauna's idea. They were lucky enough to find a Thompson street sign in Clovis. Super cute.
